Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed for shipping. To cancel, please visit the Contact Us section of our website and use the contact form with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order hasn't been processed for shipping.
Defective Products
If you received an incorrect item, we will send the correct product along with a prepaid return shipping label. The incorrect item must be returned within 14 days. If the item is not returned within this timeframe, your card will be billed for the cost of the product plus any applicable shipping fees.
For defective or damaged items, reach out to us via the Contact Us form. Be sure to include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defects. We will assist you in filing a claim, and upon approval, we’ll ship a replacement.
Returns
Returns are eligible within 30 days of delivery. To start the process, please contact us through the Contact Us section on our site, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
To qualify for a refund or store credit, returned items must be unopened, undamaged, and in resellable condition. Opened or used items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Refunds are processed after the returned item(s) are inspected and approved. Typically, refunds take 3 to 5 business days to be reflected in your account.
Customer Remorse
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, you can return it within 30 days as long as it’s unopened and unused. Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund or store credit. Please note that you are responsible for covering return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders placed before 2 pm PST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm PST, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
